It began with a chariot race . . . As a child in Los Angeles, I saw the original road show presentations of Ben Hur, Spartacus and El Cid, thus launching my fIlm viewing career. I write for Noir City, the e-mag of the Film Noir Foundation. Since 2012, I’ve been the foundation’s media representative at the TCM Classic Film Festival. I’m a graduate of San Francisco State University and The Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising.
